About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an engaging seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate will provide basic customer service, support store productivity during peak periods, maintain the store’s appearance, and assist at the register. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time seasonal position at the Outlets at Castle Rock in Castle Rock, Colorado. The schedule is flexible and includes evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including Black Friday. Compensation ranges from $13.45 to $22.45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform continuous standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
