About The Position
Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide valued customers with a superior experience. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant helps customers celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, and sharing information about products, service plans, and financing options. The role also involves meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
- Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.

- Base pay of $15.16–$23.60 plus commission on sales; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
