About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role suits someone who enjoys helping customers celebrate special moments and delivering a positive, customer-focused experience.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
