About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant role. As a member of the Sales Team, you provide a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role focuses on helping customers celebrate important moments and express love through jewelry.

Requirements

Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
