About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. The role is responsible for meeting individual and team sales goals. Zales emphasizes building lasting customer relationships and helping customers celebrate life and express love.

Requirements

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
