About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during its busy holiday period. The associate reports to the Store Manager and works with the store team in a fast-paced environment. The role calls for a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive person who can manage multiple tasks. The position supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods; provides basic customer service; helps maintain the store’s appearance through replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping; assists with bagging purchases at the register; and follows company policies, procedures, programs, and management directives. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, such as Black Friday.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
