About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service, helps maintain store presentation, and supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position is part-time and seasonal at the Outlets at Anthem in Phoenix, Arizona.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.

Responsibilities

Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
Help maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
Comply with Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives from store management.
Perform other tasks as needed.
