Seasonal Store Sales Associate, Levi's®, The Outlets at Hershey, Hershey, PA
About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service, supports store productivity during high-volume periods, and helps maintain the store’s appearance and operations. The role requires a consumer-centric, proactive, open-minded person who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time seasonal position at The Outlets at Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The hourly compensation range is $13.45–$22.45, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
