Seasonal Store Sales Associate, Levi's®, Outlets at Castle Rock, Castle Rock, CO
About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the Levi's® store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service, supports store productivity during peak periods, helps maintain store appearance and visual presentation, assists with bagging purchases, and follows store policies and management directives. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time seasonal position at the Outlets at Castle Rock in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Requirements
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
