About The Position

The Part-Time Supervisor supports the management team in creating a strong customer experience and delivering sales results. The role shares responsibility for store operations and maintaining an appealing store, while helping create a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Model the desired customer experience for team members.
• Help ensure merchandising and operational store standards are met consistently.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to contribute to a great work environment.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.
