About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the Levi's® store at Fashion Island during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service, supports store productivity during peak periods, and helps maintain the store's appearance and visual presentation. The position is part-time and seasonal, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain the store's appearance in line with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
