About The Position

The Assistant Manager leads EVEREVE guidelines, upholds the company’s mission and culture, and partners with the Store Manager to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience. Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the company’s HEART values.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a team aligned with the company’s values and HEART Styling Experience.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example according to company and Store Manager standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees.
• Support daily store operations, inventory and fulfillment, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Drive personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, customer outreach, and payroll management support.
• Maintain sales expectations based on store goals.
• Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on volume group.
