About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Supervisor at its Fashion Island store in Newport Beach, California. As an integral member of the store management team, the Supervisor contributes to implementing strategies and maintaining operational excellence to support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role supports the leadership team by executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring associates, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a welcoming shopping environment.

The Supervisor is expected to embody Levi Strauss & Co.’s values, including originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance. The role requires supporting associates and following store management directives and company policies and procedures. The position involves frequent movement and physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Must be able to support, assist, and coach store associates effectively.
• Must comply with store policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives of store management.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide, support, and coach team members through mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support the store leadership team and contribute to successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence.
• Comply with Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives of store management.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
