About The Position
The Supervisor is an integral member of the store management team, supporting successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence to strengthen brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role supports the leadership team by executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring team members, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a welcoming shopping environment. The ideal candidate shares Levi Strauss & Co.'s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance. They are able to assist and coach store associates, follow store policies and management directives, and meet or exceed sales and performance goals. The position is part-time and located in Newport Beach, California.
Requirements
- Able to support, assist, and coach store associates effectively.
- Able to comply with store policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives of store management.
- Consistently meets or exceeds established store and individual sales and performance goals.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and continually move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
- Guide and support team members through mentorship and leadership.
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
- Support store associates and coach them to perform their work effectively.
- Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
- Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
