About The Position

As an Assistant Manager at EVEREVE, you lead company guidelines and uphold the brand's mission and culture. You partner with the Store Manager to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop, making sure every customer is seen and connected with. The store mantra is “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” The role combines team leadership, fashion styling, customer service, and store operations. The Assistant Manager supports recruiting, coaches and develops employees, maintains a strong presence on the sales floor, and helps deliver results through styling, Trendsend, customer order fulfillment, customer outreach, and payroll support.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through EVEREVE’s core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
Support recruiting efforts to build a team that reflects HEART values and the HEART Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
Lead by example and follow standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees in successful role behaviors.
Support operational excellence through daily store operations, inventory management, fulfillment, and merchandising and visual standards.
Drive results through personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, customer outreach, and payroll management support.
Maintain sales expectations based on store goals.
Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on volume group.
