About The Position

Reporting to the Driver Coordinator, the Store Puller ensures the proper parts are pulled quickly and accurately to provide customers with exceptional service. The role involves getting the right parts to the right place at the right time, safely and with integrity, empathy, and trustworthiness. The Store Puller supports warehouse and delivery operations, helps maintain an organized work area, and contributes to a positive, safety-focused team environment.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to routinely lift over 40 pounds.
Ability to move quickly and safely in a warehouse setting.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Working knowledge of GAAP.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Pull tickets in the proper order.
Understand warehouse operations, including bin locations and accuracy.
Pull parts quickly and accurately.
Assist the Driver Coordinator in finalizing tickets.
Help drivers load parts into delivery vehicles and unload returned parts into the store.
Stay aware of each driver's current location on their route.
Help keep the location clean, organized, and clutter-free.
Help ensure customers receive orders within the allotted time frame.
Recognize coworkers for good work and maintain a positive attitude.
Follow the company dress code and attendance guidelines.
Be willing to help others and strive for excellence.
Participate in company and store meetings and functions.
Follow emergency procedures and company safety guidelines.
Use team lifts for heavy and bulky items and the three-point system when climbing ladders.
Report company safety policy violations or unsafe work habits to a manager.
