About The Position

The Order Puller is responsible for pulling and packing orders correctly while meeting productivity and accuracy standards. The role picks customer orders, checks packing lists, inspects items for accuracy and defects, and uses an electric cart to pick orders. The Puller helps maintain a safe and clean warehouse, follows safety rules, and remains professional and focused while working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Other duties may be assigned.

The job is full-time, non-exempt, and scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position pays $12.36 per hour. The work is performed entirely in a warehouse, with conditions ranging from warm to cool and moderate noise around warehouse machines and equipment. The employee may need to adapt to changing priorities, duties, and start or departure times, and work overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to count, add, and subtract quickly and accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
• Must be flexible with changing start and departure times.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift.
• Ability to perform frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 pounds.
• Moderate hand-eye coordination and adequate near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and hearing.
