About The Position

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is recruiting ambitious achievers and experienced leaders for its Store Operations team, the front line of the business. Team members help customers access financial solutions and deliver a strong customer experience. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
Proficiency using phones, a point-of-sale system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
At least 18 years of age, or 19 in Alabama.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for use during the workday; mileage is compensated.
Must pass a background check conducted and considered in accordance with applicable law.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including frequently remaining stationary and standing for up to 90% of the time, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside the store, and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.

Nice To Haves

Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
Prior cash handling or cash drawer/vault management experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish; may be required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

Greet and connect with customers to build lasting relationships, repeat business, and brand loyalty.
Help customers access the company’s financial solutions and provide a positive customer experience.
Review, validate, and accurately process transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and loans or pawns.
Explain transactions to customers and offer financial services suited to their needs.
Assist with customer account management, collections, and accepting customer payments.
Participate in in-store and community events and external marketing.
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store.
Complete ongoing training and follow company policies, procedures, and office security protocols, including managing a cash drawer.
