About The Position

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking ambitious achievers and experienced leaders for its Store Operations team, which provides customer service and financial solutions in the community. Candidates are invited to attend a Career Day in Memphis, Tennessee, to meet one-on-one with a hiring manager and learn about opportunities. Store positions are in person. Specific duties and functions vary by position; see individual job listings for details. Team members connect with customers, process financial transactions, explain and offer relevant services, support account management and collections, participate in community and marketing events, maintain the store, and follow company policies and security procedures. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
Proficiency using phones, point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
At least 18 years of age, or 19 in Alabama.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for use during the workday; mileage is compensated.
Successful completion of a background check, conducted and considered in accordance with applicable law.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including frequently remaining stationary, standing up to 90% of the time, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside the store, and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.

Nice To Haves

Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
Prior cash handling or cash drawer/vault management experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills; may be required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

Greet and connect with customers to build lasting relationships, repeat business, and brand loyalty.
Help customers access financial solutions and provide a positive customer experience.
Review, validate, and accurately process transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and loans or pawns.
Explain transactions and offer personalized financial services suited to customers’ needs.
Assist with customer account management, collections, and payment acceptance.
Participate in in-store and community events and external marketing.
Help maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness.
Complete ongoing training and follow company policies, procedures, and office security protocols.
Manage a cash drawer and help maintain a safe work environment.
