About The Position

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is recruiting for its Store Operations team, which serves customers in person and helps them access the company’s financial solutions. Team members provide customer service, process financial transactions, educate customers about available services, support account management and collections, participate in community and marketing events, maintain store appearance, and follow company policies and security procedures. The posting is for a Career Day event at TitleMax of Memphis 11 in Memphis, Tennessee; it does not specify a particular position within Store Operations. In-store positions are in person only. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
Proficiency with phones, point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for use during the workday; mileage is compensated.
Successful completion of a background check, conducted and considered in accordance with applicable law.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including frequently remaining stationary and standing for up to 90% of the time, moving or transporting up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside the store, and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.

Nice To Haves

Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
Prior cash-handling and cash drawer or vault management experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills; this may be required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

Greet and connect with customers to build lasting relationships, encourage repeat business, and provide a strong customer experience.
Review, validate, and accurately process customer transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and loans or pawns.
Explain transactions and offer personalized financial services suited to customers’ needs.
Assist with customer account management, collections, and customer payments.
Participate in in-store and community events and external marketing.
Help maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness.
Complete ongoing training, follow company policies and procedures, and comply with office security protocols, including managing a cash drawer.
