About The Position

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is inviting candidates to meet with a hiring manager at its Memphis Career Day and learn about opportunities on the Store Operations team. Store Operations team members serve customers in person, provide access to financial solutions, process transactions, support customer accounts, participate in community activities, maintain the store, and follow company security and compliance procedures. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
Proficiency using phones, a POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for use during the workday; mileage is compensated.
Background check required; results are considered in accordance with applicable law.
Ability to meet physical demands, including frequently remaining stationary and standing for up to 90% of the time, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside the store, and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.

Nice To Haves

Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
Prior cash handling and cash drawer or vault management experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish; may be required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

Greet and connect with customers to build lasting relationships, encourage repeat business, and provide a positive customer experience.
Review, validate, and accurately process financial transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and loans or pawns.
Explain transactions and offer personalized financial services; assist with customer account management, collections, and payment acceptance.
Participate in in-store and community events and external marketing activities.
Help maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness.
Complete ongoing training, follow company policies and procedures, and observe security protocols, including managing a cash drawer.
