About The Position

The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the UNTUCKit store at Del Amo Fashion Center. The role leads and motivates the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales, while fostering a cohesive and engaging work environment. The manager champions UNTUCKit’s core values: Be Kind, Own It, Work Together, Communicate, Mentor, and Have Fun. The Store Manager is responsible for store performance, team development, inventory and operational compliance, budgets and ordering, and communication with corporate partners about local market trends. The role involves 40 hours per week across five days, with a schedule that may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

Requirements

Proven experience as a retail manager.
Knowledge of retail management best practices.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organization and leadership skills.
Growth and development mindset with strong business acumen.
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems.
Proficiency with Apple technology, G-Suite, and multi-channel POS systems.
Ability to work in the store alone.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
