About The Position
The Brand Representative brings the Abercrombie & Fitch store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a well-presented store environment. The position supports customer service and styling, sales-floor replenishment and presentation, checkout operations, and online order fulfillment. Associates are eligible to participate in benefit programs designed to fit their lifestyles. The starting rate is $16.90 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to customers.
- Anticipate customer needs, initiate natural conversations, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
- Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
- Fold, hang, and size merchandise, and ensure presentation standards are met.
- Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while providing a friendly checkout experience.
- Support omni-channel orders by creating Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
