About The Position

The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the UNTUCKit retail store at Del Amo Fashion Center. The role calls for a leader with retail management experience who can motivate a team to serve customers effectively and drive sales. The Store Manager leads through UNTUCKit’s core values, builds an engaging work environment, develops team members, and manages store performance and operations.

The position is 40 hours per week, five days a week. The schedule is flexible and includes retail hours that may involve days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The listed pay range is $75,000–$80,000.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a retail manager.
• Knowledge of retail management best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organization and leadership skills.
• A growth and development mindset with strong business acumen.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems.
• Proficiency with Apple technology, G-Suite, and multi-channel POS systems.
• Ability to work in the store alone.
• Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
