About The Position

The Store Manager at CosmoProf leads a team in a customer-focused, dynamic retail environment serving licensed beauty professionals. The role manages talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive an unforgettable experience and customized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The position also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies and that the store is presented well.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Self-starter attitude and a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
