As an Electrician, you’ll work closely with our Maintenance Manager or Lead to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.

Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent) and technical training (or equivalent experience)
A Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent certification)
3–5 years of electrical experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of industrial motor controls
The ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, leadership, and contractors
Flexibility to handle changing workloads, emergency call-ins, and occasional travel
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Allen Bradley systems and/or PLC programming

Responsibilities

Performing electrical installations and maintenance using industry best practices
Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime
Responding to maintenance calls and safely starting up or shutting down equipment
Repairing or replacing electrical components in compliance with local and state codes
Completing preventative maintenance tasks and keeping accurate records
Reading and working from instructions, sketches, and blueprints
Operating equipment and supporting general plant operations when needed
Safely using tools such as power tools, electrical test meters, welding equipment, and lifts
Ordering parts, estimating repair timelines, and documenting maintenance work
Partnering with outside contractors and technical experts when needed
Following all safety, food safety, sanitation, and plant regulations
