About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store environment at Sally Beauty, managing talent, inspiring associates, and coaching the team to deliver an excellent customer experience. The manager ensures customers receive tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs and oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals. This includes maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, managing inventory, enforcing safety and security procedures and company policies, and maintaining the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
