About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team-oriented retail environment focused on helping customers find solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees talent and store operations, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive a memorable experience. The role is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals through budget management, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management. The manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position requires long periods of standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
