About The Position

The Store Manager at Sally Beauty leads a team-oriented retail environment focused on helping customers find solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive a positive, personalized experience. The role is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals through oversight of store operations, budgets, expenses, sales growth, and inventory. The manager also ensures that staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position requires long periods of standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
