About The Position

Sally Beauty Store Managers lead a team-oriented retail environment and are responsible for delivering a strong customer experience. They manage talent, inspire and develop associates, and ensure customers receive personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. Store Managers also ensure staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintain the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform duties involving long periods of standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
