About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team-oriented retail environment focused on hair and beauty products. The manager oversees talent, inspires and coaches associates, and ensures customers receive a positive experience and solutions tailored to their hair and beauty needs. The role is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals through oversight of store operations, budget, expenses, sales growth, and inventory. The Store Manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position requires long periods of standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
