About The Position
Rebel Convenience Stores is hiring a people-focused Store Manager to lead a store location in Pasadena. The Store Manager balances leadership, store operations, and customer care, with responsibility for team performance, sales, inventory, store standards, and customer experience. The role may also involve supporting nearby locations. The position requires a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and be able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. The stated pay rate is $22–$25.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of retail leadership experience, such as Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager.
- Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Reliability in fast-paced settings.
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Responsibilities
