About The Position

Russell Cellular is hiring a salaried Store Manager to lead a retail team, coach and develop employees, drive sales, and deliver great customer experiences. The Store Manager leads from the front by serving customers, supporting the team, and achieving personal and store sales goals. This is an active, customer-facing sales leadership role. Compensation includes a weekly salary of $680 plus uncapped commission. Average weekly earnings, including commission, are approximately $900, with higher earnings possible for high performers. Requirements

Retail leadership, store management, or sales management experience.
Passion for coaching, developing, and motivating others.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Wireless Specialists to exceed sales and service expectations.
Drive store performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability.
Meet personal sales goals while helping the team achieve store objectives; remain an active seller and customer-facing leader.
Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members.
Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations.
Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
