About The Position

Russell Cellular is hiring a Salaried Store Manager to lead a retail team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences. The Store Manager is a hands-on, customer-facing leader who serves customers, supports and develops Wireless Specialists, and works toward both individual sales goals and store objectives. The position includes a weekly salary of $680 plus uncapped commission; average weekly earnings, including commission, are approximately $900, with high performers able to earn more.

The manager oversees recruiting and onboarding, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations. They coach team members, address escalated customer concerns, and maintain a clean, organized, professional store environment. Responsibilities
