About The Position

As a Store Manager, you lead a coffeehouse team that creates warm, welcoming experiences and meaningful moments of connection for the community. You run the business while leading with craft and heart, and coach and mentor team partners. The role is full-time and regularly demands more than 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full-time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
