About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming customer experience by preparing coffee, beverages, and food while engaging with customers and helping make each visit meaningful. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. No previous experience is required. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and must follow store operating policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
