About The Position

Russell Cellular is hiring a Store Manager to lead a retail team, drive sales, and deliver great customer experiences at a Verizon Authorized Retailer. The Store Manager leads from the front by serving customers, coaching and developing Wireless Specialists, and achieving both individual and store sales goals. The role is hands-on and customer-facing, with responsibility for team performance and daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Specialists to exceed sales and service expectations.
• Drive store performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Meet personal sales goals while helping the team achieve store objectives.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
