About The Position
Russell Cellular is hiring a Store Manager to lead a retail team, drive sales, and deliver great customer experiences. The Store Manager leads by serving customers, supporting the team, and achieving individual and store sales goals. The role is an active seller and customer-facing leader responsible for developing employees and overseeing daily store operations. Compensation includes a base rate of $17.16 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earnings are stated as up to $23.00 per hour, with the opportunity for high performers to earn more through commissions. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Wireless Specialists to exceed sales and service expectations.
- Drive store performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability.
- Meet personal sales goals while helping the team achieve store objectives; remain an active seller and customer-facing leader.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard team members.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
