About The Position

Russell Cellular is hiring a Store Manager to lead a retail team, drive sales, and deliver strong customer experiences. The Store Manager leads from the front by serving customers, coaching and developing Wireless Specialists, and meeting both personal and store sales goals. This is an active seller and customer-facing leadership role involving team development, store performance, and day-to-day operations.

Compensation includes a base rate of $17.16 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earnings are described as up to $23.16 per hour, with the opportunity for high performers to earn more through uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Specialists to exceed sales and service expectations.
• Drive store performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Meet personal sales goals while helping the team achieve store objectives; remain an active seller and customer-facing leader.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
