About The Position

Russell Cellular is hiring a Store Manager to lead a retail team, drive sales, and provide excellent customer experiences. The manager leads by example as an active seller and customer-facing leader, coaching and developing Wireless Specialists while achieving personal sales goals and supporting store objectives. The role also includes recruiting, hiring, training, and onboarding team members; overseeing scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily operations; resolving escalated customer concerns; and maintaining a clean, organized, professional store. Compensation is a base rate of $17.00 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earnings are stated as up to $23.00 per hour, with the potential to earn more through commission.
