About The Position

The Store Manager leads a Starbucks coffeehouse and its team, creating a warm, welcoming space where customers can connect and enjoy coffee. The role involves running the business, leading with craft and heart, and helping create moments of connection and joy for the community. The manager supports team members through coaching and mentoring and works in a sales-focused environment. The role requires full-time availability, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
High school diploma or GED minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
