About The Position
As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team and runs a business that creates meaningful moments of connection and joy. The role involves making the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming place for the community and leading with craft and care. The position offers developmental experiences and access to Starbucks benefits. It requires full-time work, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience, or at least four years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- At least a high school diploma or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
- Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
