About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is hiring a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The clinician will provide individualized, one-to-one care to a varied patient population with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological conditions, averaging approximately 12 patients per day. AI-assisted documentation is available to help reduce after-hours charting. The clinic provides mentorship for new graduates, support for advanced certifications, and a fully funded OCS residency. Clinicians can develop specialty areas and may have opportunities to grow into future leadership roles. Vestibular or balance experience is not required; the clinic is willing to help the successful candidate learn. The position offers a salary of $83,000–$108,000 per year, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and profit sharing of up to $1,500 per month. Additional offerings include a continuing education stipend, free CEUs and paid specialty certifications, employer-paid insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, student loan repayment assistance, and optional additional hours for increased earning potential.
Requirements
- Be a licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible for Massachusetts licensure.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Be a team-oriented clinician who values quality patient care and professional growth.

Responsibilities
