About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Pittsfield, Massachusetts is hiring a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist to provide individualized care in a supportive clinic. The caseload averages approximately 12 patients per day, with 1:1 patient care and opportunities to treat orthopedic, vestibular, balance, and neurological conditions. AI-assisted documentation is intended to help reduce after-hours charting. The clinic provides mentorship for new graduates, support for advanced certifications, and a fully funded OCS residency. Clinicians can develop specialties and may grow into future leadership roles. Vestibular or balance experience is not required. Compensation is listed at $83,000–$108,000 per year, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and profit sharing.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible for Massachusetts licensure.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
