About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a passionate, talented Store Manager to lead a team-oriented, dynamic retail environment. The Store Manager manages talent, inspires the team, and ensures customers receive an enjoyable experience and tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. The Store Manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical activities including prolonged standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
