About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads the team in creating a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect and enjoy coffee. The role involves running the coffeehouse and creating meaningful moments for the community while leading with craft and care. Starbucks offers developmental experiences to support the manager’s growth.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the professional maturity to coach and mentor team partners.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full-time, with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, and variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
