About The Position
As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team and runs a business while creating a warm, welcoming space where customers and the community can connect. The role involves leading with craft and heart and supporting team partners through coaching and mentoring. The position offers opportunities for individual growth and relationship-building. The role requires full-time work, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience, or at least four years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- High school diploma or GED at minimum.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application.
- Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
