About The Position
Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a driven, people-focused Store Manager to lead an Anchorage location. Requirements
- At least 5 years of retail leadership experience, such as Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager.
- Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings.
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and coach employees to deliver outstanding service.
- Analyze sales, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize store performance.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and build customer loyalty.
- Oversee safety, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Support nearby locations and address challenges as needed.
