About The Position
Lead a Starbucks coffeehouse and its team to create meaningful moments of connection and joy for the community. The role involves running the business and creating a warm, welcoming space where customers feel welcome. The role requires full-time work that regularly exceeds 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- At least a high school diploma or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application.
- Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
