About The Position
Generis is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations and Events Resident to support its work with churches and faith-based nonprofits. The resident will gain hands-on experience in administrative support, event coordination, hospitality, and operational systems while helping the team serve ministry leaders across North America. The role contributes to day-to-day operations, supports events and client experiences, and helps develop systems that enable the team to grow its impact. Direct mentorship and practical training are provided in a collaborative, high-performance environment. This residency is designed to develop organizational, communication, problem-solving, and professional skills, and to help the resident explore how their strengths in organization, service, and administration can contribute to ministry and future career goals.
